EU Product Intervention Measures for Binary Options to be Further Extended
02/18/2019The European Securities and Markets Authority has announced that its prohibition on the marketing, distribution or sale of binary options to retail clients will be extended for a further three months from April 2, 2019. ESMA's ban has been in effect since July 2, 2018.
