HMT releases new collections of joint statements on financial partnerships

HM Treasury (HMT) has published five new webpages, each with a collection of joint statements from key international financial partnerships reflecting their shared commitments and the outcomes they are seeking to achieve. These include:

• UK-U.S. Financial Regulatory Working Group – joint statements from the biannual UK-U.S. Financial Regulatory Working Group held between HMT, U.S. Treasury and representatives from their respective supervisory authorities.
• UK-U.S. Financial Innovation Partnership (FIP) – joint statements from the annual FIP held between HMT and the U.S. Treasury on emerging trends in financial services innovation.
• UK-Singapore Financial Dialogue – joint statements from the annual UK-Singapore Financial Dialogues held between HMT, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and representatives from their respective supervisory authorities, discussing bilateral cooperation on financial regulatory issues.
• UK-Switzerland Financial Dialogue – joint statements from the annual UK-Switzerland Financial Dialogues held between HMT, the State Secretariat for International Finance, and representatives from their respective supervisory authorities discussing bilateral cooperation on financial regulatory issues.
• UK-Japan Financial Regulatory Forum – joint statements from the annual UK-Japan Financial Regulatory Forum held between HMT, the Japan Financial Services agency, and representatives from their respective supervisory authorities discussing bilateral cooperation on financial regulatory issues.
