ECON draft report on SFDR 2.0

The European Parliament's (EP) Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) has published a draft report (dated 28 April) on the European Commission's proposal for a Regulation amending the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR), Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288. The proposal, known as SFDR 2.0, was adopted in November 2025. The report contains a draft EP legislative resolution which sets out amendments to the proposed Regulation.
