UK Conduct Regulator Appoints New Leaders for ESG and Technology 

The U.K. Financial Conduct Authority has appointed Sacha Sadan as its Director of Environment, Social and Governance, a new role which will develop the FCA's approach to sustainable finance domestically and internationally. Ms Sadan was formerly Director of Investment Stewardship at Legal and General Investment Management.
 
The FCA has also appointed Ian Alderton as Chief Information Officer, responsible for implementing the FCA's technological change program, and Ian Phoenix as Director for Intelligence and Digital, responsible for the FCA's intelligence and surveillance capabilities.
 
The Financial Ombudsman Service has separately appointed Nausicaa Delfas as Interim Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman of the FOS.
