Edinburgh Reforms: Changes to the Laws of the UK Financial Services Sector

- Faster Settlement;
- Senior Manager's and Certification Regime;
- Changes to Promote Investment and Growth in Financial Services;
- Sustainable Finance;
- FinTech and Digital Assets; and
- Consumer Credit.
