Benchmarks Regulation published in the Official Journal of EU

Regulation (EU) 2025/914 amending the EU Benchmarks Regulation has been published in the Official Journal of the EU. The amending Regulation amends the scope of the rules for benchmarks, the use of benchmarks provided by a third-country administrator and certain reporting requirements. The regulation will enter into force on 8 June and will apply from 1 January 2026.
